Russian Standard Vodka

Post by blind drunk »

Just read a review in our local paper and the guy said it was made with winter wheat and it tastes "bready." $25.00 per bottle. Anyone try it? Cheers, bd.

Yep its not bad as far as cheapish vodka goes, slightly 'tailsy' but not too bad. Ok just with ice and water - great for making Liquer
Where has all the rum gone? . . .

I did end up buying a bottle and and I couldn't get the "bready" thing the critic was writing about - it was just like you called it, tailsy.
