corn sugar

i havnt seen any all corn sugar recipes much.from my beer brewing past ive learned its basicly flavorless and yeast love it.its clean.is this a good product to make a strong sugar wash?it would be used in a reflux column.thanx!

yes it will work but will git expensiv and not worth the extra cost.

thanx for the heads up.i have a bunch leftover from some hombrew beer kits i didnt use cause i keg...but neway does granulated store bought sugar work just as good?

Keep in mind that when replacing table sugar with corn sugar in a recipe, increase the sugar needed by 10%.

'cause granulated sugar taste sweeter.... more readily fermentable though


I always keep a little around to jump start my yeast, especially if I am using trubb yeast from the fridge (which works very well by the way).... WD
