Still Spirits Turbo Yeast

Hey i am new to this and am using still spirits turbo yeast but i dont understand something on the instructions. It says that if using 6kg of dextrose the water temp before adding the dextrose should be 40 degrees but if using 7kg the water temp should be 30 degrees before adding the sugar but 7kg with 30 degree water lowers it to about 24 degrees and 40degrees with 6 kg end up at about 35 degrees. Why would adding 1kg less sugar mean it needs to be 10 degrees hotter is what i dont understand and think it may be a mistake.
