well i work at a supermarket and the bakers said i could get what ever i want off them for cheap./ 10kg of sugar for $6.
But its called super sugar, it has emulsifiers in it and a couple other things, it looks almost like fine icing sugar.

Also they gave me 500g block of instant dry yeast, which also has emulsifiers in it.
i tried using their wet yeast, didnt really ferment too well.

is this stuff any good?

Give it s shot on a small batch... Nothing ventured, nothing gained...

well the instant dry yeast definitely works and i can get 12kg for $20 so its pretty cheap and i just got3 and abit litres of 90% alcohol out of a batch.

with this wash i got my best neutral yet, came through so clean that i didnt think it needed filtering, filtered it and it smelt almost like nothing.
My girlfriend agreed that it was my best yet also, going to store away a few of these bottles .

my wash was Citric acid, Instant dry yeast(80grams), 5kg of sugar and 250ml of tomato paste.
