Greetings, thefarmer355...
You might want to try
UJSSM if you're just getting started...

UJSSM works well, especially when you can get into a few generations, it gets better.

by generations you mean taking some old corn out and adding new and so on? i've often wondered how that ended up after 2 or 3 mashes. I have a little over 1000 bushels of corn and a hammer mill so if i mess up the taking and adding then i can start over without much fuss.

Some members have taken it to more than 10 generations. The longer it goes the better it gets.

UJSM is a simple corn 'flavored' sugar moonshine wash.
If you are looking to really 'use' the corn to make the ethanol, then UJSM is not the recipe to use.
The 'generations', is more on how many times you have used the yeast bed and backset/dunder from the prior run(s). With UJSM, it also does 'use' some corn each new generation. You do keep the old corn in (adding a little new, and removing the white 'spent' corn). The starch does slowly release and get partly consumed due to the high acidic environment, and time. But it is only a tiny release, and just a small part of the ethanol produced. Almost all of the ethanol in UJSM comes from the sugar.
What thefarmer is looking for is a 'simple' mashed corn recipe, if he has 1000 bu of corn to use.

Something to try,,
take a qt,more or less,of whole corn/maze ,, soak, in water, keep moyst so it sprouts, about 1 1/2 ins long, if you can do that with out
problums, your good to go. (exsperment with that first before doing a big batch)
if you can do that,, do up some sprouted grain, run threw mill , add about two lbs to the gallon of water, add yeast,
let it work off, (old corn licker)you can add other grain for flavor)

You gonna run the whole lot of the corn? That's gonna take around 200 bushels of malt, or a crap load of commercial enzymes.
Little more than a hobby that is.

1000 bu will net about 5000 gallons of drinking proof (after cuts), so yes, that is a 'shit' load.

well i definatly dont plan on making 5000 gal of shine' even if i was to sell it the market around here would make that impossible. i have around 25 pigs hence why i saved the corn from the last harvest. also, should i worry about weevils an such or just clean the corn good before mashing ?

5000 gallons is waaaaaaaaaaay beyond what we we are about as hobby beverage distillers.
If you are doing it for fuel then check out these guys:

Bu of shelled corn is 56 lb.
From this page:
http://homedistiller.org/grain/yield/typical" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow Flaked corn is about 70% soluble (as compared to sugar). Thus, 56 lb (if converted about as good as possible, 85%) gives you the same yield as roughly 40lb sugar.
If you go to this page, you see that:
http://homedistiller.org/sugar/wash-sugar/yield" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow
40 lb sugar, makes 6.59 gallons at 40%. However, with cuts, you will get at best 5 gallons.
I was not 100% sure of the amount, I was going on memory on making fuel, that you could make 3-3.5 gallons (or up to 3.8, if you mashed SUPER efficiently) of fuel. Fuel is concidered 100%, so I simply doubled, removed 25% for cuts, and made a 'back of the hand' comment about 1000 bu making 5000 gallons drinking strength. So, I was 'close enough'

so the big boys make alot of money
didnt mean to put you on the spot
thanks for the info husker
all i read is how little likker you get from all grain
but i have enough awsome sugarshine now
so all grain will be my next challenge now
with the right equipment could be cheeper than sugarshine for a farmer
going to have to be very good to beat what ive made
take care and wish ya good health sleder

yes tater you are correct, we have all the beans cut, some chicken shit being spread on the land, so i have some free time right now to plan all this out and figure out what needs to be done. i just wanted to make 5 gallons or so and maybe put some is a wooden cask for aging. my great grandpa was pretty well known in our area back in the 40's and 50's but of course his still is long gone and so are the ones that helped him so no help there.

Well malting your own corn and using it by itself for malt likker or with more corn for corn likker figure on 2 - 3 gallons likker per bushel.I seem stuck on around 2 1/2 when I do it Dunder gets more .

Here's a GOOD one I've used a dozen times. 30 gal ferment...
5 gal cracked corn,
5 tsp almalayse enzyme
1gal dry feed molassis.
5 tsp DAP
5 tsp epson salt
40lb sugar
9 tsp distillers yeast
yealds 18%
cook corn, simmer for about an hour. let cool to 140F, add enzymes. (usualy let sit over night)
start yeast with some sugar and DAP
mix rest up in fermenter and add yeast at 105F
works off in about 4 days and has plenty of sweet-corn flavor, you don't have to wait for 3 or 4 generations to get "good" and if you want to take it to the next level, imediately cook the corn for your next batch in your backset when youre done distilling.

I'm a farmer as well, and would like to see a simple corn/sugar/yeast mash recipe for 5 or 6 gallons. I have ground field corn (yellow corn) non sprouted, just out of the bin. The recipe DBDub posted is about as close to it as I've seen. What is DAP?? and would blackstrap mollasis work instead of dried mollassis? Isn't true "Moonshine" just corn likker without the mollassis? do I have to use the mollassis? thank you.

Diammonium Phosphate. as close as we have is UJSSM on tried and true recipes. you can do it as a sweet mash or add backset and make it sour mash.
