Cracked Corn Brand???

So im new to the sour mash concept and am trying to get all the necesary ingredients and i know thier has been some discrepecy on what kind of cracked corn to use and what not to use i realize that it cant have any preservatives but other than that is thier anything to look for?? I found some Southern States Quality Feed Cracked Corn at the local feed store does anyone know if this will work or is thier a better brand to look for??

you got the right idea, as long as it does not have perservatives its good to go. so little diferance its not worth the trubble ,just git what is most convenet
and cheepest. if making malt that a diferant story.
