Bokakob 2" slanted plate (mini-still) column

This is the way I built my Bokabob slanted plate still.
Head
1/4" OD copper tube
copper plate (used a piece of the 2" pipe cut open lengthways on one side, and hammered flat)
2" copper pipe
2" copper threaded adapter male
1/4" inline brass needle valve
Used this template for the cuts. The file name says 1.5" but it includes a 2" template too.
I didn't follow the 1/4" between plates, I gave it more like 3/4".
Made the cuts with one blade on the saw then used sand paper folded with sand on both side, made a nice tight fit. Took me about 5 min with #180 paper, easier to solder like this.
Column
2" copper pipe
2" threaded copper adapter female
Condenser
2" copper test cap (lot cheaper then a regular one, not soldered on)
2x 1/4" 90°brass compression fitting
1/4" copper tube
3/8" copper tube
Boiler Connection
2" copper end cap
8 x 6-32 stainless bolts/nuts
cardboard (no ink or gloss)
Didn't have the right tool so I made a bunch of little holes and finished with a Dremel.
The head is 13.5" high, total column is 63.5". The coil is only 7", and from the column top to the bottom plate is 10", so I could have made the head a bit shorter.
If you are building a still like this start with the coil so you know how much space you need for it.
The packing is structured copper mesh from Home Distilling.
There is a siphoning problem on the take off line when the output (in reflux mode) goes above 500 ml/h. See original thread for more details.
