Hey Yall,
Been brewing beer for quite some time and loving that ....it's so rewardin to crack open something that you made, that equals what you need to spend 3-4 times more for at the store.
I also enjoy a good whiskey now and again, and, well..... you know how we have a rich history on corn whiskey in these parts..
I been doing a lot of reading and built a Bokakob a while back and ran a successful cleaning run there earlier in the week. The still works excellent.
Anyway, I'll be around, reading, learning new things, and maybe asking questions. the bug bit me hard
I hope I can achieve the same sort of results with the still that I have with my beer.
