All Grain Voka

I am an all grain brewer who also distills a little. I want to make an all grain vodka but I realy don't know where to start. I have a mash tun and know how to extract sugars from grain. So does anyone know what grains to use? Can I use my leftover grains from my beer? I will be using a reflux still with copper and i have a bunch of EC 1118 yeast can get an ABV about 18%.
