I'm thinking of trying to do a maple syrup mash and see what I can get from it. Anyone have any advice? Or tips?

Have a maple syrup-mead in the carboy, and will be bottling it up in a few weeks. Thats all the help I can give. Can post or send recipe if interested.

if your doing your own syrup you only need to cook it down to 1/2 what you normally do, (1.070 on hydro) you will need nutrients also.
