If a heating element is rated 3500w @ 240v with an alt.rating of 2500w @ 208v ....then how many watts would it be if it was connected to 115v?

And how is that figured out?
Thanks in advance.

If this helps
watts = volts x amps
volts = watts/ amps
amps = watts/ volts
