brisbane scrap dealers

hey guys aiming this one at qlders looking for a scrapyard in brisbane pref westside but anywhere will do that sells copper secondhand i have a few near me but not many of them are willing to sell me there copper ive offerd $10-12 a kilo but nothing like my money isnt good enough for there copper gold!!!
anyhelp would be appreciated thanks

yeah i use to live in the west thinnk of a town near the water and were the main st is nothing but coffee shops and cafes!!! beautiful place but still dont help with the copper mmmmmm might have to get on the phone and start making calls to every scrapyard for miles oooooo the joy

thorn_veritas thats rotten, is it realy that price or do they just got you by the short ones? western u.s. price is less than half that price on scrap copper. i wish i could help. cob

nah i only offer that price to try and convince them to sell it to me but it dont work!!!

The best bunger gun in the street
I found a local scrappie that sells for $7/kg but a lot of plumbing stuff. Dirty, bent and green.
Some of the joints done by plumbers are scary. One piece went from 2" to 1/2" without a joiner in sight. Just crimped and soldered.

go check out the scrap metal yards at virginia, they are even open saturdees
