Something new for me today. Trying for 180 proof.

Turned down the heat to 750 watts on a new setup and may get 180 proof to see what all the fuss is about. Not being a martini drinker I'm not sure it will be better but I got to try it.

Thanks. Fourm is growing and some new ideas are allways interesting.Even when I cant tell which guest is posting what.
