Home Distiller

Hello,

I've been around stills most of my life (mainly families stills) and now its my turn! I did a little distilling out of the country and now I am home and looking to refine what I have learned! I looked around this site and I see ALOT of good info here! I can't wait to get my own still going and I am looking for recipes and/or guidence for making anything with maple syrup (I make that as well!) or anything that resembles Southern Comfort...

Thanks in advance for any help and for putting up with a newbies questions!

I have always wondered about using maple sap as a foundation for a distilled spite.

The name "SwampRat" is due to the fact that I am in the swamp North of the Frozen Tundra!!!
