Some Peach/Pineapple brandy

Well I did a run of my P&P brandy and it was OK. I ran another batch of 5 gallons took every thing minus the fore shots and put with the second run. That came out with 2/3 gallons drinkable white dog P&P brandy. So I used a QT to mix with White Grape and Peach juice from store and added some fresh Pineapple and BaDow every one that has tried it says excellent. I got one more 5 gallon batch to run and I need to get some on Oak. I cant find Apple wood or Pear wood around hear so I guess Ill have to use Oak. On the last run hopefully next Saturday I'm gona put fresh Pineapple and Peaches in the boiler when distilling to try and get a bit more flavor in my finished product. I'm getting there one step at a time.....wholly cow I must be wearing 50lb boots then!!!
