A Little Brandy Info Please.

Okay, I made "white" brandy of 1 gallon and poured that back on top of 4lbs of fresh juicy blackberries. I processed half the berries and the other half left whole. It has been sitting on top of the fruit about two weeks. It is a beautiful color and what I want to know is what to do next. Redistill? Bottle as is (I'd have to cut it back a bit as it is about 100 proof)? Need ideas from you guys and I'm sure Dunder is going to chime in. I really want to WOW some folks with half pint bottles as gifts! :esurprised: Thanks!!
