Two manufacturers are
Kembla, and
Heldon. (Both links are PDFs.)
Fittings can be found at hardware stores and trade suppliers for plumbers and refrigeration mechanics. Places like Reece, Bunnings, Heatcraft, Tradelink. You will need to go to trade suppliers for the larger fittings, above about 1".
Anybody knows of other stores, especially nation wide chains, please add them to the list.

Kens Plumbing in QLD seems to have a good range of fittings and tube at decent prices, I was put onto them by member Mozzie26 and found the Maryborough store very good.
The guys at my local Tradelink call me AL now and grin when I go in, I got asked straight up if I was building a still, they set up a trade account for me and the prices are very good now and the service is excellent.
There's also a stainless steel mob in Bundaberg that does tri clamps and flanges in various sizes, I think they're called East Coast Stainless supplies, they'll post it to you and do credit card over phone.
Cheers.
