Mixed berries and peach, wine or moonshine?

Hey guys, so last night I went out and picked about 3 gallons of blackberries from around my neighborhood, and I have some strawberries and a handful of frozen peaches. I want to make something from this and am curious whether I should go for a nice wine, or go for the spirits. I would like to use tater's fruit recipe scaled down to about a 5 gal wash if I am to do spirits. Any advice?
