just wanted to say hello to everyone. just curious about distilling my on product and I found this site and Ive been reading up on different processes.
I found a process that I'm going to try just because its the way my grandfather did it in the 30's and 40's. I'm in the process of building my unit and I have tons of questions i wish i had listen when i had the chance.

Move to the potstilling module and get crackin.

+1 MM I have spoke with his wife on the phone. I have one of his books autographed and 3 videos. Man I would have loved to have met him. Very interesting guy to me.

Yes indeed just like branch water lol. Popcorn was a good man "kindhearted" and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. I still have a little of his stuff left about quart I wouldn't part with it for nothing.

U'all would fit right in with the gang I hang out with lol.Ive had my share of popcorns likker and yes it's temping to down the rest of it but hell ill need something to compare mine with if i ever get that far lol.

MK your right, while watching the last run on DVD, you can see the enjoyment in his eyes when someone takes a shot of his likker, and the laugh that only Popcorn has when the first drop comes out of the worm. Thump Keg, drink it and cherish the last sip, just post a good description of what happens on the forum. MM
