To be Scotch Whisky or not to be, that is the question

Hi All
I just read that, "To be called Scotch, spirit must be aged in oak barrels in Scotland for at least three years."
Well, I'm not moving to Scotlant. Its a nice place, but I'm happy here. And I'm as sure as he!! aint going to wait no 3 years.
So long as It can be called 'drinkable' I'm happy
