Pear Cider Wash that didn't finish...6%

Ok, quick question about fruit...
I have a buddy that has about 6 gallons of a pear wash, no sugar added (after 3-4 weeks only 6%). I understand, you will get less product with no sugar...
I happen to be sitting on a little neutral spirits, 60%+, and my buddy has some apple-jack, thinking we could get about 40l wash (40%) together if we cut it all down with his 6% pear thing and run it though a packed pot-still for some type of pear/bourbon. question is...
Are we going to end up anything drinkable...? Can you add a high% neutral to a flavored low % wash to end up with a flavored high % liquor?
Just whats going through my head...
Thanks
