rice fresh off of the field...now what?

i got a duck blind in a rice field, and they had a late harvest due to the extra wet spring. found a little pile that they dropped in the field and was able to scrape up a bag full. it's all clean and separated from the grass/stems, must have been a slip up between the harvester and the loader or something.
what should i do with it?
