James Squire Amber Ale Clone JSAA

Hi Guys,

Whilest I have some UJSSM fermenting I thought Id mention I also homebrew as well.

Today I brewed an All Grain James Squire Amber Ale Clone.

I just have to wait for the wort to cool down and I'll pitch the yeast and wack an airlock on it...

0.04 kg TF Chocolate Malt
40 g Williamette (Pellets, 4.9 AA%, 60 mins)
20 g Williamette (Pellets, 4.9 AA%, 15 mins)
200 ml Wyeast Labs 1056 - American Ale

I brewed and All Grain James Squire Golden Ale the other day as well, that's in secondary fermentation now.
