A series of Q's

I know some of these are probably rediculous, but any help is greatly appreciated.

First off, i ferment in a 5 gallon bucket, but i dont have an airlock. Will it work alright if i just leave the lid cracked slightly so the CO2 can escape? or should i rig up an airlock of some sort.

Im using highly active yeast, is this the same as turbo yeast?

At my local walmart we only have regular bakers yeast and highly active yeast, which is better? We dont have a local brew shop :?

I did a run today and when the temp got to 200 F it stopped producing, like i knew it would. Is it okay to let it cool off and then start heating it back up again? I did this today and got a little bit more but not much. Since its my first run on my new still, i wont be drinking it anyway.

I know i should discard the first of the heads. I read it was about 3% of my overall collection, does everyone seem to agree on this number?

Thanks guys for any help at all :)

loose lid is fine, either yeast will work and not the same as "turbos"
if your still riches 200f most likely little or no alcohol is left ,not much resin to run further.
the first 3% is fore shots,,the next 17% are heads, next 57% are harts and you should git about 20% tales
this is not fact but a proximate.there is so many factors involved that no one can give you a different answer
how much you will of each you will have.
