Tater - Your rum.
I believe you said that you distill rum down to 80 proof. How does that effect headaches or feeling woozy while sleeping? Is this for a heavily molasses rum or with more of a sugar base? What do you find necessary for aging when going down to 80 proof?
You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, and them's pretty good odds.
