OK, I admit I'm stupid. I don't know much about anything and was real lucky to
get out of the thrird grade. So....!

Does it ever snow, anywhere, any state, in Australia, during the winter months
for you folks?

Open to any horror stories of how you had to walk up hill both ways to school in a blizzard.

Certainly does.
We have a range of mountains called "The Snowy Mountains"
Our High country is a snow covered area of mountain that hardy cattle men use to summer their cattle for the good feed.

Some nice snowfields in New South Wales and Victoria, but not as nice as Aspen I'm told
And Tasmania regularly has snow.

Some time ago went to one of the snowfields called "Perisher"
Jumped on a plane in my home state of Queensland 32degrees Celsius, was in Perisher that night ...... minus 2
Bit of a difference.

Plenty of snow

Just that our seasons are the opposite to yours so we are coming into our Winter

Well Larry, that ain't quite true. I do own one pair, well maybe two.

Have been looking for an avatar of old granny, sitting in a rocking chair, smoking her
corn cobb pipe and as I remember, she had on high top shoes. Can't find such.
Anyone???
