ok if you can burn cooking oil as fuel what do you get if you distill cooking oil??? as you can see very new to this,.....lol

Oils have a very high vaporization temperature. Distillation at this temperature leads to charring. Most people (refineries) distill oils under vacuum to reduce the required temp. It is much easier to use oil in a biodiesel application which doesn't require distillation and for which you can find recipes on the net.
