Hey everyone,
I'm new here and have had about three years experience making my own homebrew and had a failed attempt at distilling my own rum.
My personal favorite is whiskey and am ready to take a leap and try again to make something I can truly enjoy.
Any advice or help throughout my process is greatly appreciated. This is something I'm new to and obviously have a lot to learn.
I feel the greatest advantage I have here is the time I have to invest into this and the fact that I am ready to take this seriously.
