Ball Valve - Heat and Food Safety Question

Here are the specifications for the ball valve I am using that separates my column from my Liebig condenser: http://www.mastewart.com/Drawings/MAS/B ... -12-17.pdf
As far as I can tell all the materials are food safe at standard still operating temperatures. I just wanted to run this by the experts here at Home Distiller in case I'm missing something.
(In case you're wondering why I have a valve between my condenser and my column, I'm building a hybrid still and so have a reflux portion that has a liquid management system attached to it. When I'm operating the still in reflux mode I can shut the system off from my Leibig condenser.)
