just got a small rum wash to run off then everythings go up a scale as my large boiler (33ltr) pot still is built. figured id try a potatoe wash being as potatoes here are just £3 for a 25kg sack, should be a good source for starch which ill convert out with some 6 row from the brew shop. i intend to run it through the pot still first n see how foul it tastes if its as foul as i think it might be then it will store till my VM is finished (all parts on order) and ill make it into a vodka for liquers.
Let all know how it goes.
next wash will be potatoes
