Hi everyone, I am very new at making ETHOL for gas. I bought a reflux from Rainer Distillers. I have learnt that I need to control the water flow and the heating element temperature. Could someone please give me a complete run down of what one needs to ensure a complete and effective running reflux still? I am still unsure, if I know what all I need, and please give me directions as to where I can find whatever I need to be successful. I have a 15 gallon electric keg still with two 1500w elements. I do need the component to control the water flow and a component to control the temperature. I need eveythng simplified so I can understand it. Thanks

Welcome to HD, Les.
This site is geared toward producing drinkable distilled spirits but I am sure a lot of information contained can be abstracted and applied to fuel ethanol production. You may also want to look at other forums specifically geared to fuel ethanol.
Your question is a little open ended and kinda like asking "I got this new G6 jet and need a little help to fly it"

. I'd suggest starting with the topic
Alcohol as Fuel, then then go to the Board Index and browse for topics that will help fill in the gaps.
Good luck!

It mite help if you gave us a pic of your still. So we know what kind it is. There are many out there. Start reading the threads in the New distiller reading lounge. Then move on from there.
