turbo + fruit?

Has anyone here ever tried using turbo yeast in a fruit wash? I have a bunch of Alcotec turbo 48 yeast left over from an all sugar wash (used a pot still and the resulting product had a strange "pineapple" sort of flavor.... :econfused: wierd huh?) anyways I just wanted to know if anyone had ever tried this combo of fruit/turbo yeast/pot still before and what your results were. The main reason I ask this is that bananas are super cheap at my local grocery store, and I wanted to see what a banana schnapps would taste like.
