I ordered a still from Stillbuilder.com last Tuesday. Since I ordered I have sent an email question and I have also called and left a message. I get no answer or returned call. I'm starting to get a little concerned. Has anybody ever had any dealings with this company?

Kinda links like it. They have the stupid mason jar thumper on it. Looks like they have a new name.

Have they charged your creditcard yet? I would do what ever you could to stop the order. That design is not a good one anyway. Good luck.

Make every attempt possible to reverse your transaction... I'm surprised this guy is still alive after as many people as he's ripped off... Sure doesn't have the balls to come here in an attempt to defend himself and his piss poor products...

Yes I talked to my credit card company, they will issue a charge back in 15 days if my still is not shipped to me. I also just sent an email saying don't ship the still I want to cancel. Not that it would do any good but at least I can say I sent a request to cancel the order

Man this guy is killing the legit people out there. If you want to buy rather than build we have several companies recommended on this site so do some reading you'll save money and be a lot happier with your product.

He's more like a Douche nozzle. D Bag is to nice for him. I hope he doesnt send it so your credicard company can do the charge back. If so you will be better off then many who have fallen into his trap.

Even if they send it, could it be sent back by claiming that the product is defective? Hope so.

The credit card company makes the determination on such transactions... Now if it was purchased using a debit card then all bets are off because banks don't have or lack the desire to enforce the same levels of merchant/buyer transaction negotiations...
