Lost my corn recipe..

I happened onto a recipe I wanted to try while google searching but damn if I can find it now! ARGH! Forgot to bookmark it..

It contained, cracked corn, cornmeal, malt extract and dextros and I think SuperStart distillers yeast.. Now that I bought all the ingredients, I can't make it..

Anyone know of a recipe that contains those? or have an idea how to mix the above?
