Always fancied trying my hand at distilling, so time to bite the bullet after some still advice.

My build skills are lacking I need an off the shelf solution.

Welcome, i would encourage you to give you own build a try. My build skills were, and still are, extremely lacking yet i was able to build myself a very functional piece for much cheaper than it would have cost to purchase one. My solders are ugly, but slant plate are grotesque, but my spirits are tasty. There are plans on here for some very easy to build stills. What kind of spirits are you after? flavor/ or neutral?
