Help Alcohol disappeared !

Ok here it is ,ran my still 3times so far , 1st and 2nd for Rye , 3rd with a corn mash ,Finished product with rye was 80 proof with gage after putting apple juice in it, stored in mason jars for about a month , just pulled 1 ,taste very good ,but to mild , checked with proof scale and proof is ZERO!! ,now my corn distilled product has not been cut and has still the alcohol in it ,smell,taste and proof .any thought ?? THANKS !!!!!!!!!!
