Don't knock the kickin' chicken. Their 100 proof is good stuff. Brings back memories of cold mornings at the huntin' camp as a kid.

At least Turkey is Bourbon, I have had Rare Breed Turkey at 116 Proof, just like it finished , filtered only, but I'm starting to like what I'm making more and can't wait to get better.
