peach and raspberry mash recipes

Hi all, I am just getting into the distilling thing and I am looking for some good fruit liquer to make. As the title says I am looking for raspberry or peach and i am not sure of the steps needed to get to distilling the mash. i.e. the amount, time line and things like that. Thanks!
