Hiya all, I"m going to do my first strippin run, i have 10 gallons of (who knows what %abv (12.5 lbs sugar,5 grams of red star champagne yeast,som e lemon and tomato paste).
I have a valved reflux with a leihbieg on the side seperated by a gate valve
I need to know, AM i better off taking the packing out of the column to do my strip run.
Thats it...
