650 ML's an hour at 95%

SO whats a good rate to pull off at?
If my temp is solid 175 degree's
Im' running hearts right now at 650 Ml's an hour. at 95%.
I would turn it up more but i'm afraid i wont seperate good, any thoughts?
My thoughts are as long as the ABV is staying at 95% i am good and i should try to run it faster... what do you all think?
PS to remus : Turbo's are definatly better for me. (at least i know what they do)
