Apple questions

Hello, I am getting ready to try to run a mess of apples that have been working for about 3 weeks. This evening I strained them off through a screen and was left with about 4 gal of apple "stuff" and about 1 gal of apple slop. The original recipe was ....
22 lbs june apples (cut up, cored, then cooked and smushed into a paste)
1 can tomato paste
5 lbs cane suger
10g bakers yeast
stuffed into a 5 gal ferminter.
My questions are.. Should I just throw the slop out or should I add another 5 lbs of suger to it and let it go again? Or.. Should I chunk it in the boiler and run it with the rest? I'd like to get as much apple flavor as I can. Thanks in advance.
Short column. Packing removed.
4.5 gallon S.S. boiler
Externally heated.
