Microbore for small pot still

Hi everyone, I am new to home stilling and just about to start building my own simple 3 gallon pot still. The question I have is can I use 10mm microbore for all the piping or will I need to use a bigger copper pipe coming out of the pot and into the thumper for example? Thanks in advance
