probably a dumb question but why is grain alcohol illegal in some states, namely my state - California ? I don't even think you can get Bacardi 151 here.

you can get bacardi 151 in california. you can get everclear too, but not at full strength. i am not sure what the maximum proof is, by law, but it's lower than nevada.

yeah how come? someone told me it's cause people who make dope use it in manufacture or something.
