Just finished running my apples and they turned out alright. I ended up with a little better than a quart of decent stuff after I made my cuts and cyphered out what to keep and what to rerun later. I probably screwed up some of the cuts though, I got a boat load of tails that smell like dirty socks. I'm a greenhorn so I am still learning how to make the right cuts at the right time.Thanks to everyone for the help.
