I hate to bring up something that others might think of as negative, but I have noticed that several of the threads go back many years, and there are a few folks that haven't posted in a long time. Is there a thread that serves as a memorial for those that are with us in spirit. I would like to raise my glass and say a prayer in their honor.

They carry the ranking of Angle's Share. And they wear a light blue jacket. Look at the bottom of the main board index.

A nice gesture indeed....
Management gives "past" members a color jacket for their handle...But often there is no way to know who may be among us and who has past....

I'll raise my glass with you.

This is VERY true. We are relatively anon, even amongst ourselves. So, we have members come, and members go. A very large majority, simply move on to some other hobby. Some move on past this life. It is very rare that we, left on the board, know which situation it is.

The few that we do have memorialized, either had RW friends who were also board members, or they were big enough in 'legit' distilling, that their passing was noted. We have 3 members who are in the angel share group. Likely there have been 10 people (or more), who have been prior members, who 'should' be in that group. It is just that we do not know.

However, when we are informed, we will certainly memorialize members who have left us.
