Hey all,
Where do you guys in Aust. get your yeast?
I remember some one mentioning "Winery Supplies" but I can't find the post again.
I'm after some Distillers yeast & mabey some EC1118 .....
Any help would be great!

just look up a homebrew in the yellow pages. Most homebrew suppliers should have a large variety of yeasts and there should be a good couple in each city

How far out back are you?
All the local home brew shops in the South East corner have a wide selection of yeast. If all else fails check out the ibrew site.
