yes,with a bit of work,flaked grain has been cooked.some more than others .so a bit of experimenting is in order.

Are you wanting to go sugarhead or AG?

Sugarhead use the UJSSM recipe.

AG you will do a lot of reading. The parent site has some good info. But it would replace corn in just about any AG recipe. You just won't need to cook it as long. How much you will need to cook it? That's why Dnderhead said experimenting is needed.
