Hello everyone!
I am interested in how one determines the product yield of a run using a pot still. Let's say I am interested in doing a brandy from 4 litters of a red wine I made. Is there a standard chart, or standard calculation to use to figure out "x amount of product gives y amount result?" Is it similar for all distillations (I am thinking no)? Any help, or pointers in the right direction is much appreciated!
