Hi all,
just another newby to the wonderful world of distilling. Working with a 16 gal keg with a 20" tower and a mile hi mighty mini 3gal dual purpose. use the keg for stripping then the mighty mini for spirit runs. just started fermenting my first batch of birdwatchers recipe. very anxious to run it. love this forum already. what a great source of good information. looking forward to learning more from everyone.
