I thought that this might make a good idea for sticky thread, I've found many good free books and videos online so having them all in a one topic thread might be useful

The Mcharry book is interesting

This one is very good, more modern, and has copper pin ups and centerfolds and the like.

Some of the PDF's can be slow downloading so remember to save them to a folder

This is overall the best of the free online books I have seen regarding theory and construction

It's old but not so old as to only be interesting as a historical document, technical but not too technical, it covers all the different aspects from mashing to distilling and it has great diagrams showing many of the concepts behind the more advanced builds
